The firms are trying to increase their productions with high qualities in low cost. These aspects are related to the employees of the companies the more focus on employees to understand their attitudes, believes, how the motivation affect on them? Because the employees one of the main aspect that helps the organisations to achieve their goals. The reasons why the firms are giving motivation for the employees to increase the level of the quality and services in their operations .To conclude the definition of the quality from the organisational point of view as follows
A it is related to do some thing with brilliance
B it is building specifications and standardisations around products and services for example operation organisation activities
C it is more about the customer satisfaction how the firms could meet the need of the customers and their expectation (Elearn, 2005). The aim of the quality is the current needs; expectations of the customer in the future the hospitality of any industries have distinctive culture culture which is comprises restaurant , public house , and non trade food outlet (Woods, 1989?)

People in uk belive the company provide standard food, fast service and value for money. The company employs from jab market they get paid hourly some of them trainees through graduate. MacDonald set up an equal opportunities for its employees in 1992
As far as we know about the MacDonald restaurant. It is very successful company in global. it is the top fast food .but looking to its employees motivation whether the company has been achieve its goal or not that has always been a debate .the working condition will affect the employees In different ways. the researcher faced to different situation whether the staff positive or negative motivated

1.2 Research Background:
the topic has been selected the Macdonald’s .the searching of this topic it will give abetter knowledge how to motivate the employees, how to tackle situation, how to improve the quality in work place to increase the efficiency and effectiveness by completing this tasks eventually help the company could achieve its goal in the future. the researcher chose the topic because it would give the opportunities to recognise the factors which motivates and demotivates the employees. It will be done survey on that basis in both qualitative and qualitative research it will give abroad knowledge to the company which factors de motivate and motivate the employees by finding both factors the company will improve the knowledge about the motivations. What is the best time to give motivation for its employees the manager will avoid those factors which de motivated the employees in the work place in most time will happen in the company by doing this company will increase the human capital and improve the operational level that helps the company a lot in term of the customer satisfaction the employees will learn how to handle the customer complaint that is very important for any business customer the first of the objective of the any firms to satisfy them the companies can satisfy their customers through well trained employees . this could improve over all activities of the Macdonald like reduce the turn over as far as most close friends working in MacDonald . they are saying most employees leave the company within a few month due to a lot heavy activities and de motivation that is a big loss to the company it means it has high turn over rate

Staff motivations in McDonald, how effective are managers in sustaining or improving it?
1.4 Research Objective:
The aim of this study is how to Macdonald improve the motivations in amongst its employees and finding those factors in which motivate them in which of them don’t because the current situation for any companies satisfy the employees is the only to acieve the goal and objectives in order to achieve them the researcher has focused in the following objectives to find out the motivational factors in Macdonald whether the company is practicing or not
to build up the link between the motivational theories and McDonalds motivational factors as follows:
a Taylor’s does the company use Taylor theory which is true science at work ?
b Maslow’s theory :that is more likely hierarchy how the company satisfied the needs of the their employees
C Hertzberg theory: do the company’s use this theory to motivate their staffs
The most significant of this research is secondary research which already done the researcher will go through reading those books and journals in which related in motivational factors by different scholars and linked those theories in motivational factors in Macdonald. There a lot of theories has exist in desk research it help make more easily to find the best appropriate theories that could improve the motivational factors In Macdonald .
the second research will be primary the researcher will do some qualitative research that is very important because most secondary data doesn’t say the reality the primary will help the researcher to get the true data by interviewing the managers and employees to find out how the important motivation that is point of views of the manger in other side the survey will conducted on employees of the company what they will say regarding motivation does the Macdonald satisfy their needs? How they get motivated will on basis knowledge in work place or others. after gaining theses data the researcher will summarizing them in to graph, pie chart. To get exact conclusion and also the researcher will linked those primary data with theoretical parts in order to investigate whether the Macdonald in practice will much with the theoretical part or not while collecting the researcher will point out the any limitation which he will face during the research

2.1 Motivation
Motivation is often named together with attitude there for it is necessary to describe between the aptitude and motivation
Aptitude is more related the cognitive abilities that cause victorious .but motivation describes the emotional states that persuade the extent of attempt the learners make to study so the aptitude is less constant part which the person can’t directly get in the way with. But motivation on the hand is in which person can have much influence to change fairly fast can be transformed by the learner him self (Saemann , 2009)
Although the research topic is quite clear and understandable, yet the nature of the industry is specific but the issue is somewhat common in all other industries as they are linked with working environment and staff. Therefore sufficient literature was available as it is one of the important points in the market which is strongly significant for the market and its players. Nevertheless the material which has been found based on the research topic is consisting of electronic journals, books, articles, web resources and related theories to them.
Ghauri et al. 1995 Discussed the purposes of literature review and divided them into three parts which are as follows:
Frame the problem under scrutiny
Identify relevant concepts, methods/techniques and facts; and
Position the study (any study should add something ‘new').
2.2 What is Motivation?
Motivation in simple words can be said as the satisfaction of needs. If we ask people who work they would say that they do so to earn money to buy goods and other daily life services which are the reasons for mankind to live in this world.
Motivation is a curious thing which managers sometimes have a challenging time to define it, but they never have any kind of difficulty to figure it out when it is not present in the work place. (Messmer. M, 2001)
In the above lines of Mr. Messmer where he states that the motivation is something for the managers that when some one ask them about it they’d become a little uncomfortable as it is not that easy to define despite of numerous reasons for its existence where as on the other hand they can easily locate it at work place if it is not being performed by the staff.
Motivating and giving reward to the employees is one of the most important and challenging duties which managers do at work place. To make the employees give their maximum effort during their work managers need to understand the fact that why employees are motivated and what are the causes or reasons which made them motivated for their work. (D. Hart, 2009)
In order to know the motivating factors or reasons firstly it has to be known that what motivation is.
Let’s start by looking at what motivation is not. Why? Because most of the people see motivation incorrectly as a personal attribute; which is, they think that some people are motivated and others are not. The information of motivation tells us that we cannot label anyone because every individual is different from other in motivational drive, plus the overall motivation varies from one situation to another. For example students are more motivated in some classes than in others due to so many reasons.
Therefore; motivation refers to a process in which a person’s efforts are keyed up directed and sustained toward attaining a goal. (D. L. Shapiro, 2004)
The definition has three key elements which are energy, direction and persistence. (S.A. Haslam, 2004)
The energy element is a measure of strength. A person who is motivated will put more effort and work hard. However, the quality of the effort should be considered. It is not necessary that high levels of effort take a person to a favourable job performance until the effort has been channelled in a direction which will benefit the organisation.
The effort which organisations are looking for is the one which is consistent and directed towards a goal and motivation includes a determination measurement in attaining that goal.
Motivating high levels of employees’ performance is a major concern for the organisation, and the managers who are on the field kept them busy for finding the right answer. For example in Europe according to the survey’s it is found that German and Belgian employees are the most committed workers while on the other hand the least committed workers are found in France. (Coulter. M, 2009)
Let’s try to find out what are the reasons why German and Belgian employees are committed and motivated and why French employees are not motivated at their work. Therefore, the researcher will go through with some of the theories which are in practice.
