Transnational corporations occupy the leading position in the growth of world economy and possess abundant capital, high technology, the latest information and advanced management experience. It offered technology upgrading and management revolution to developing countries in its global expansion, which brought in management innovation, and promoted institutional innovation, organizational innovation and technological innovation, which laid the foundation of the economy of developing countries. According to Chen & Cao (2003), in order to reduce cost, developed countries would decentralize the exchange rate risk, such as to transfer those commodity components including computer, aircraft and so on to developing countries so as to enable developing countries to have a qualitative breakthrough in their manufacturing industry structure. For example,China introduces many high tech technologies. A large number of technology companies,for example, Apple, began to produce components in China. Developed countries like United States,have advanced technology and excellent management models, while China has the advantage of cheap labor resources and plenty of natural resources.

It could optimize the export commodity structure of developing countries .Economic globalization increased the efficiency through rational allocation of resource on a global scale. Due to the capital inflows, direct investment activities of transnational corporation and transformation of the country’s industrial structure, the export structure of developing countries has shown improvement.Based on Su’s (1998) research, the entering of Multinational Corporation changed the industrial structure of developing countries,and reinforced the international division of labor as well as enhanced economic development level.To be specific，China is a good example to take use of foreign capital effectively.According to Liu&etc. (2008), from 1978 to 1999, crude oil production increased 54%,and the output grown3.8 times. Highway mileage had the growthof 51.8%.

It creates more new opportunities for developing countries in foreign trade.The global development trend has enlarged the open-door to the outside world of various countries. Ithas strengthenedthe ties of economy of various countries, and the foreign trades among developing countries become more and more frequent in recent years.As Chen (2005) said,it also enlarged the foreign trade market, increased its trade goods as well as improved greatly the condition of foreign trade, so that foreign demand couldpromote the economic growth. Developing countries were equipped with huge development potential, but it must utilize the international market as much as possible during a long time for keeping a fast economic growth because of its low development level and limited purchasing power. What’s more, economic globalization is beneficial for developing countries to expand the international market share, which ismeaningful to enhancetheeconomic growth.

Admittedly，for developing countries，globalization may greatly assault its traditional culture,because ofthe unequal relationship between the economy and the market. However，it can make great contributions to the economic growth of developing countries；it can promote the innovation of science ，and it may benefit the cultural exchange as well. Therefore, the tide of globalization is very important for developing countries to develop themselvesin the long run.
