Running, a simple and easy workout to achieve, nevertheless, had never occurred to me as an objective that I would persist daily in my life. Although its health benefits are clarified for me, it just looks challenging to put on running shoes and walk out to any sports fields. To analyze the latent factors contributing to low driving forces, I think it is related to multi-aspects, such as personal laziness, deficient sports field and poor health education. Having learned the new six dimensions of health and other relevant materials from various sources, I started to reflect on my personal health condition. I was anxious that I may as well suffer from underlying chronic disease if I did not begin to pay attention to health from early age. 

Unlike the conventional belief that physical illness is the only antonym of being health, social health, intellectual health, emotional health, spiritual health and environmental health also constitute the basic dimensions. As a result, in order to maintain a fitting and well-being status that can promote my study and work in the long term as well as prevent illness, I determined to make out a workout plan. 

Since I don’t have any injury history before and have developed a relatively healthy status currently, I decide to employ running---a least expensive and easily accessible way-- as my initial step of progressive workout plan basing on transtheoretical model. 

Before actual practice, I have confirmed that I had a professional running shoe and abundant sportswear for change. I will arrange the running time according to the specific daily schedule but will proceed at least 45 minutes a day. Although it is a moderately easy way of exercise, I will keep absorbing beneficial and accurate teaching materials from various sources to prevent injuries and promote running techniques. As for the place, I will choose school gym or the park near my dormitory so as to ensure safety. 

When it comes to action, I will choose to stretch 5 minutes before running, and run at different speed for nearly 40 minutes, after that I will finish with another 5 minutes stretch to relax muscle. In order to preserve high motivation when running, I will keep running while listening to pop music. Having considered that I may suspend or even give up due to some unpredictable issues popped up, I will keep a to-do list record in mobile apps and let it inform me daily. To better encourage myself, I will also reward myself a small present after each week’s fulfillment. 

To terminate, hopefully, after six week’s practice, running will be ingrained as an essential part of my daily life. What’s more, I could obtain overall health and increase knowledge stock of well-being.
